Impacts from the Daily Exposures.

The daily exposures have greatly impacted me. They have taught me to wonder what a writer or photographer was thinking while writing or taking the piece of work. The daily exposures have taught me as a writer to look from the audiences perspective. The exposures have made me determine who my audience is, what my audience thinks, how old my audience is, and more before I start writing.
The most important factor I have learned is that every piece of photography or any lyric has a purpose. As the photographer or writer you have to figure out what the purpose is , and what your tying to convince your reader of. The creater should know why your audience will be looking at your work.
Alfred Eisenstaedt's VJ Day photograph of a sailor kissing a nurse at the conclusion of the war in times square is a very famous photograph. This photograph is so famous because Eisenstaedt knew that his audiece were romantics and sailors who knew or longed for the feeling of the kiss and that was a very large audience to have.
Toby Keiths song courtesy of the Red White an Blue has the wide audience of Americans.Keith lists many historical events and artifacts of the United States.Such as the statue of liberty and the liberty bell.
Bob Dylan was a very famous folk song writer of the mid 20th century. Dylan was very influential and had a huge impact on the music industry as a whole. When Dylan switched from his usual folk music at the the 1965 Newport Folk Festival to electric Dylan was booed off the stage. Dylan did not know his audience of this new type of music and he was crushed.

Knowing your audience is crucial to succeeding as a writer or photographer. Knowing your audience helps to determine what factors to add to a piece of work.
